Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Multiple no-shows or booked appointments where the cleaner is unable to access the property will be charged 50% of the amount for the scheduled service.
